This means that when the horse will apply pressure on the bit you can easily play on both reins as the bit canon will pivot which will make the horse come back to a good working contact. The anatomic curved french link lock up bit is a grewt design for horse's that need stability, that need to be reassured, and for horses that have tendency to lock their jaw on the bit. It's a bit that we usually consider for confirmed riders. This bit also exists in 16mm mouthpiece thickness.
