How to proceed to return a product ?

1. Go to your account and log in if you have not already done so.

2. Then select "History and details of my orders".

3. You have all the history of your orders on our site, you just have to click on the reference of the order you want to return.

4. A menu will appear at the bottom of the page showing you all the information related to this order. All you have to do is select the product to be returned by checking it, indicate the reason for the return with a sentence and finally finalize the return request by selecting "Generate a return".

5. You will then arrive on the "Product return" menu where you will have to wait for us to validate your return request, this step usually takes a few hours.

6. Once your return has been validated by our team, you will see that the status of your order has been modified and that it is now "Waiting for the parcel". You will receive a return number to write on the return form that is in your parcel. All you have to do is go to a post office to send us your return.

The shipping costs are at your expense unless an error was made during the preparation of your order or if the product is defective. In this case, please inform us so that we can send you a return label so that you can send the product back free of charge.

As soon as we receive your package, we will proceed with the reimbursement or the creation of a credit note on your customer account for the value of the returned products minus the shipping costs offered or not for the initial order. The return costs are at your charge. 

Be sure to join to your package a check or make a transfer (mentioning the number of the order) of the sum corresponding to the type of sending wished for the sending of the article of replacement in more of the possible difference of price of the article (4,90€ in Mondial Relay, 6,90€ in Colissimo, 12,90€ in DHL).

The exchange of a bridle worth more than 250€ is offered for France.

1.  You must return the article within 14 days of receiving the package except when it is a gift, in this case, notify customer service indicating the date when you will be likely to change the article (however, only the exchange of product or size will be possible, and not the refund after the 14-day period).

2.  You must return the item in the same packaging in which it was sent to you unless it is damaged.

3.  The product must not have been worn but only tried. The labels must be present on the product for the exchange to be accepted. The product must be in perfect condition and well folded in the original packaging. Do not forget to put the plastic wrap around the product to protect it. If the product has been used and shows any signs of wear, the return will be considered as part of the rental service (see menu Test Bits).

4.  The parcel must be sent by colissimo. Keep the receipt of the shipment with the parcel number in case of loss or theft and include the number of your initial order in the package.

The return shipping costs can not be reimbursed in any case.

 

Attention: The After Sales Service reserves the right to refuse the return if one of the conditions is not respected. In this case, there could be neither exchange nor refund (the parcel will then be directly returned to you)
