You are not satisfied with your order? You have 15 days from the receipt of your parcel to return your items. If the item was a gift, please inform us of the date you plan to give it so that we can extend the return period. However, only exchanges will be possible beyond the 15-day period after receipt.
Returned items must be new, with tags attached and in their original packaging. They must not have been used, only briefly placed in the mouth for a bit or placed on the head for a bridle. If the product has been used or shows any signs of wear, the return will not be refunded in the case of a bridle or accessories. For bits, they will fall under the rental service and fees will be applied.*
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your return meets the conditions mentioned above, you may choose between a refund to your original payment method or a store credit valid for 1 year. The return request will be processed within 2 to 6 days after receipt of your return, with a deduction of the initial shipping costs, whether they were offered or not.
In the case of an exchange, you have two options:
- You do not wish to wait: you may place an order for your new item and choose a refund for the initial item, which will be processed once it is received at our premises.
- You are not in a hurry or do not wish to advance funds: request a store credit, which will be issued upon receipt of your return and deducted when placing your new order.
How to make a return?
- Go to “My Orders” in your customer account
- Select the relevant order
- Tick the item(s) you wish to return and specify the reason
- Click “Confirm the return”
👉 Your request is then directly registered, please proceed to step 5 (No return label is provided; return shipping is at your expense) - Send your parcel in secure packaging, making sure to include the order number inside
