Not satisfied with your order? You have 15 days from the receipt of your package to return your items. If it’s a gift, let us know the date it will be given so we can extend the return period. However, only exchanges will be accepted after the 15-day window following delivery.

 

Returned items must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Items must not have been used—bits may only have been briefly tested in the mouth, and bridles may only have been tried on. If an item has been used or shows any signs of wear, returns will not be refunded for bridles or accessories. Instead, they will fall under our testing/rental service, and applicable fees will be charged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.*

 

*If we made an error in preparing your order or the item was defective upon delivery, we will cover the return shipping costs. In such cases, please contact us at contact@morsandmore.com or by phone at +33 6 36 40 70 16.

 

If your return meets the above conditions, you can choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit. Refunds or credits will be processed within 2 to 6 days after we receive your return, minus the shipping costs of the original order (whether these were charged or complimentary.

 

For exchanges, you have two options:

  • If you don’t want to wait: Place a new order for your desired item, and we will process a refund for the first item upon receipt.
  • If you’re not in a rush or don’t wish to pay upfront: Request store credit, which will be issued once we receive your return and can be applied to your next purchase.
