We offer several delivery options so you can choose the one that best suits your needs: delivery to a collection point, home delivery or express delivery. We ship your equipment worldwide!

Your order is prepared by our team directly at our premises in Tourcoing before being handed over to the selected carrier.

Depending on your destination and chosen delivery method, we work with carriers including Mondial Relay, Colissimo and DHL Express. As soon as your parcel is dispatched, you will receive the information you need to track it until delivery.

We deliver orders throughout France and internationally. Below you will find the different delivery methods available, along with estimated delivery times and prices depending on your destination.

*Please note that when you choose delivery via Mondial Relay, your parcel will remain available at the collection point for 7 days. After this period, your parcel will be returned to us and additional charges will apply if it needs to be resent. It is your responsibility to monitor the delivery of your parcel carefully (a tracking email will be sent to you; if you do not receive one, please contact us). If the selected collection point is unavailable when your parcel is due to be delivered, Mondial Relay may decide to deliver your parcel to an alternative collection point near you.

When will my order be dispatched?

When the products ordered are in stock, our team prepares your order as quickly as possible from our warehouse in Tourcoing. Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information.

How can I track my parcel?

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or link so that you can follow your parcel's journey. Tracking information is then updated directly by the carrier until your order is delivered.

International delivery

Mors And More also ships orders outside France. The available delivery methods and their prices depend on the destination country and are displayed directly when you place your order. Depending on the destination, DHL Express may be the only delivery option available.

Do you live near Lille? You can also choose Click & Collect and collect your order directly from our premises in Tourcoing. Simply wait for confirmation that your order is ready before coming to collect it.
