No manufacturer provides a warranty against bites. Fiber is a fragile material, and unfortunately, even if the bit is damaged on the first use, no warranty is applicable.

Fiber bits are recommended for horses that are extremely sensitive to metal or do not like traditional rigid bits. The fiber perfectly adapts to the horse's mouth and increases comfort by minimizing friction compared to other metal or rubber alternatives.

The material bit affects several parameters in the horse's mouth, such as sensations and salivation. It's important to choose carefully, depending on the sensitivity of your horse and your riding. Our team will be happy to advise you on the advantages and disadvantages of each. If you don't know which alloy to choose, we advise you to consult a bit fitter.

If you're not completely satisfied with your bit within 15 days, you can return it to us and take advantage of our rental service.
