The Oscar gun of the brand Fager is ideal for horses sensitive to pressure having difficulty to keep contact, it is also suitable for unbalanced horses. The Oscar gun is a light double-broken gun, made of titanium. It is designed with a 30 mm break in the center of the barrel that lies flat against the horse’s tongue. This straight alloy exerts stronger pressure on the tongue and less on the palate. The Oscar barrel is an excellent choice for young horses who need relaxation and balance.
Material
Titanium : The titanium alloy has several advantages. First of all, it is an ultra-light bit that is soft to the touch, which makes it more discreet for the horse and therefore more comfortable. It helps to relieve tension in the cervical region. Titanium is relaxing, it promotes the production of saliva, which helps to relax the neck muscles. The titanium is covered with dioxide which makes it anti-bacterial.
