Expert opinion
Expert opinion : The "Happy Tongue" bit is a bit with a tongue passage. This bit frees up as much space as possible in the horse's mouth, so that there is no pressure on the tongue. It is very interesting for horses with a sensitive tongue and/or with little space in the mouth (thick tongue). Its leverage action can vary according to the size of its branches, the location of the reins and the adjustment of the curb chain. The curb chain allows you to vary the intensity of the bit. It is recommended to use curb chain protectors for sensitive horses. The bridle bit acts on several parts of the horse's head and mouth. The 55 mm shanks add leverage, although less than the 75 mm shanks, and exert pressure on the nape of the neck via the uprights and on the trough via the curb chain.
> Supplied with a stainless steel curb chain and hooks.
Material
Stainless steel : Stainless steel is a very common material that does not oxidise. Due to their nature, stainless steel bits are very solid and do not damage over time.
