Ashleigh bit with roller and high port lock up

: the Ashleigh bit has a more direct action than the Pelham bit. It is a great compromise between the action of a double bridle and the one of a Pelham bit. The lever action is more direct because of the shifted lower bar. 

Whether you attach the reins on the top loop or on the lower loop, the action of this bit will be different. The lower the reins are positioned, the more increased the action is. You also have the possibility to adjust or change the curb chain. The cannon makes it easier for the horse to take the bit in a uniform way.
