Expert opinion
The max control bit is an educational bit. The bit is a classic double bit in appearance. However, when the horse opposes the rider's hand, the bit locks (self-locking effect) at the breaks. This bit can therefore be used to correct the horse if he doesn't listen to his rider. It's soft and hard at the same time. If the horse is listening to his rider, the bit will have the action of a classic double snaffle bit, whereas if he is against his rider, the bit becomes hard because of its self-locking effect.
Loose rings transmit rein tension to the tongue and lower jaw without leverage on the nape of the neck. Loose rings provide less direct contact, which can help compensate for the rider's unstable and inexperienced hands. The horse also has the opportunity to lift the bit slightly with its tongue, which avoids strong tension on the reins in the short term. Thanks to their mobility, they are also slightly more relaxed. Loose rings are suitable for horses of all disciplines, at various levels of horse training, from young to old.
Material
Material: Stainless steel is an alloy of iron, chromium and nickel, and is highly resistant to biting. Its taste is neutral, and it has no saliva-activating properties, so it does not increase the horse's chewing activity.
