Full cheek bit: The most channelising bit, often used for young horses. The sweet iron will help your horse salivate and therefore help with decontraction of the jaw allowing you to work freely with a responsive horse. Material
Material: Sweet iron- Blue steel: 54% carbon, 46% manganèse. Sweet iron bits gets oxidized with air and humidity. Then comes a thin line of rust has a sweet taste, and stimulates the saliva. By getting more saliva the horse gets more contact on its bit. The oxydation process will change the color to grey - brown.
