Nicole Rubber bit fixed gag - Fager

The Fager Nicole full cheek elevator bit is designed for sensitive horses that benefit from a steadier contact while taking advantage of the lifting action of an elevator cheekpiece. It suits young horses, sensitive horses, and those that tend to raise their head, become tense, or avoid the contact.

The straight TPU mouthpiece features a slightly thinner centre section that adapts more comfortably to the tongue while reducing pressure on the bars and palate. Available in both Soft and Hard versions, riders can choose between a gentler feel or clearer, more structured communication depending on the horse's needs.

TPU combines the soft feel of rubber with excellent durability and resistance to moisture. It encourages relaxation, improves bit acceptance and promotes a steadier, more confident connection.

The elevator olive cheeks help stabilise the mouthpiece while the elevator action encourages the horse to lighten the forehand and improve balance when needed. This combination provides precise communication while maintaining a high level of comfort.

The mouthpiece is slightly thinner in the centre to improve tongue comfort while maintaining an even pressure distribution.

The mouthpiece is made from TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane), a soft, durable and non-toxic material that combines the feel of rubber with greater longevity. Available in both Soft and Hard versions, it allows riders to choose the firmness best suited to their horse while encouraging excellent bit acceptance.
