The Soft Flex eggbutt bit is specially designed for sensitive horses seeking a soft and reassuring contact. Its ultra-flexible straight mouthpiece, made with a flexible inner core and synthetic coating, naturally follows the shape of the horse’s mouth while avoiding the nutcracker effect associated with jointed bits.

Thanks to its high flexibility, this bit helps soften the rider’s rein aids and encourages relaxation, chewing and regular salivation. Its 20 mm thickness distributes pressure broadly and evenly over the tongue and bars, making it particularly suitable for sensitive-mouthed horses or those in the early stages of training.

The eggbutt rings provide excellent stability in the mouth by limiting lateral movement and reducing the risk of pinching. The integrated bit guards prevent the lips from coming into contact with the metal, ensuring that the horse only feels the soft material.
