The foam bit can be beneficial for horses with very sensitive mouths. Aloe vera may even be applied to the mouthpiece. It can also be used for horses that refuse to accept contact or to stretch, thanks to the combination of thickness and suppleness of the mouthpiece. The Trust sponge bit is made of foam which appears thick when new, but compresses with use. It is particularly suitable for horses with sores, injuries, or extreme mouth sensitivity.

Caution : This material is vulnerable and is not guaranteed by the manufacturer against wear and tear due to biting. We strongly advise against using a bit that is too damaged, as this could injure the horse's bars, tongue and palate.
