The Elliptical 4 ring double snaffle bit has an anatomical shape (arched) which allows the barrel to rest simultaneously on the tongue, bars and commissures. Unlike a blocked model, when pressure is exerted on the reins. It will increase more on the bars and commissures than on the tongue, thanks to its curvature.
