Expert's Opinion: The Waldhausen pelham single bit is a bit that offers a simple contact. It allows your horse's mouth to relax more easily and your aids to be transmitted more smoothly. This single bit acts on the palate. This bit is similar to the bridle bit, but has a large ring in the barrel, allowing you to attach a second pair of reins or rings. Its leverage can vary according to the size of the prongs, the position of the reins and the setting of the curb chain. The curb chain allows you to vary the intensity of the bit. We recommend the use of curb chain protectors for sensitive horses.

Stainless steel : Stainless steel is a commonly used alloy which has the particularity of not oxidising. Due to their nature, stainless steel jaws are very strong and do not get damaged over time.
