Fager Marcus is a Double-Jointed bit with tongue relief. Our bits are designed to have a 100% smooth surface, including around the joints. The joints are designed and constructed to never push against the palate or sit on top of the bars. All these clever features result in a highly comfortable bit that naturally fits the contours of the tongue. Fager's smooth joints are designed to never press against the sides of the palate or create uneven pressure over the bars, making the pressure over the tongue more gentle.

The small tongue relief, combined with the smooth joints, makes this bit a good option for horses with sensitive tongues who can open their mouths, pull the reins, and move the tongue around.

Baby Fulmer is a registered design by Fager. This sidepiece will give you a mix between the loose and fixed rings. The Fulmers will lay close to the horse’s side, helps with steering, and keep the mouthpiece steady. The loose rings are placed further away from the mouth corners, and this will put the pressure further down and inwards, encourage the horse to lift in the front, come back to your hand, and avoid a stiff feeling towards the bit. It is a very comfortable choice for many horses and a great start for a youngster. Baby Fulmer is FEI approve, even for dressage.
