Oliver Bradoon double jointed loose rings - Fager

The Fager Oliver bradoon is designed for horses that need to seek a steadier contact while maintaining a calm and relaxed mouth. It is particularly suitable for horses with sensitive tongues and bars that may chew on the bit, toss their heads or struggle to maintain a consistent connection.

Its double-jointed mouthpiece with bar relief distributes pressure evenly and follows the natural shape of the tongue. The specially engineered joints create a smooth action, reducing overreactions when the rider takes up the reins.

Made from Sweet Iron, the mouthpiece gradually oxidises to develop a pleasant sweet taste appreciated by many horses. This encourages salivation and promotes a softer, more consistent contact.

The loose bradoon rings rotate independently from the mouthpiece, giving the tongue greater freedom and allowing the horse to position the bit comfortably. Their smaller diameter makes them ideal for use alongside a Weymouth on a double bridle, while remaining suitable as a standalone snaffle.

The relatively slim mouthpiece provides precise communication while maintaining excellent comfort thanks to its carefully designed pressure distribution.

Sweet Iron is a coating applied over a stainless steel base. As it naturally oxidises, it develops a slightly sweet taste that stimulates salivation and encourages the horse to accept the bit more readily while seeking a steady contact.
