Description
Effecbt: this bit has an action on the horse balance. It makes the horse rebalance and transfer its weight on the hindquarters. The larger the rings are, the stronger the gag action is. This bit combines the gag action and the full cheek bit action so it combines balance and direction.
Tips: this bit needs special cheek pieces and can be used directly with two reins, with bit loops or with four reins. It is ideal for horses that don't have a great posture and for riders who want to make their horse learn how to work again. This alloy will oxidize with time and create a layer of rust that will stimulate the horse relaxation while working. Material
The Blue Steel alloy that covers this line of Jump'In bits is 54% carbon and 46% manganese. Blue Steel bits oxidize when exposed to air and moisture. A thin layer of sweet-tasting rust appears, which naturally stimulates saliva production. As the horse salivates more, it makes more contact with the bit. In this oxidation process the color will change to gray/brown.
