Our expert's opinion

Due to its special, flattened shape, the bit with tongue passage offers maximum space for the tongue. Many horses react by relaxing and chewing. This bit is particularly suitable for horses that cannot tolerate pressure on the tongue and react by shaking their head, for example. The Liverpool bit is commonly used for driving. The lower the reins are tied in the bit's slots, the stronger the leverage created, and the more severe the bit.> Sold with curb chain.

Material

Resin : The Innosense Resin in Trust bits is smooth. It has a metal shaft which ensures the different flexibilities of the bit to guarantee the solidity of the bit while the resin allows to bring comfort to the horse. Where it is important for the horse to salivate a little on rough materials to avoid irritation, the Innosense resin is smooth and soft to the touch and can even be considered for horses that have difficulty salivating. It is made from a plastic material for food use.

Caution : This material is vulnerable and is not guaranteed by the manufacturer against wear and tear due to biting. We strongly advise against using a bit that is too damaged, as this could injure the horse's bars, tongue and palate.
