Expert opinion
: The FREDRIC free ring bit is an extremely light titanium double bit. This bit has the particularity of not exerting any leverage action as the rein is fixed on a sliding ring. The branch on which the bit is fixed stabilises the barrel and protects the commissures, the bars and the first premolar. The double break protects the palate of the horse and surrounds the tongue more closely by following its shape. The extremely smooth titanium barrel, especially at the break, gives a lot of comfort in the horse's mouth, which makes it a very interesting bit for sensitive horses. The free rings offer a soft contact without leverage and allow easy play in the fingers to relax the horse's forehand.
Material
Titanium : The titanium alloy has several advantages. First of all, it is an ultra-light bit that is soft to the touch, which makes it more discreet for the horse and therefore more comfortable. It helps to relieve tension in the cervical region. Titanium is relaxing, it promotes the production of saliva, which helps to relax the neck muscles. The titanium is covered with dioxide which makes it anti-bacterial.
