The Metalab free ring bit with balls is a blocked bit with a single break. The balls allow a good relaxation of your horse's mouth by a smoother transmission of your aids. Unlike the double snaffle bit which acts on the tongue, the single snaffle bit acts on the palate. It is important to know that the palate of the horse is a sensitive area that should not be neglected. The horse respects but is not afraid of the hand, both with the strong blocked barrel and the comfortable balls. It is recommended for horses that are stiff in the mouth and tend to lean. The free rings offer a soft contact to the mouth. They allow a slight indirect contact compared to fixed rings, which makes it easier to play in the fingers and limits excessive tension.
Material
Stainless steel : Stainless steel is a commonly used alloy that does not oxidise. Due to their nature, stainless steel bits are very strong and do not get damaged over time. This bit has a copper roller which gives off a pleasant flavour to the horse's mouth. The roller encourages the horse to play with the bit, provoking salivation and reinforcing the relaxation of the mouth.
