The Metalab Pinchless leather single-jointed full cheek gag bit is particularly suited to sensitive horses and young horses that still need support with their balance. The combination of the gag action and full cheeks provides additional lateral guidance while allowing the rider to influence the horse’s frame.

The single-jointed mouthpiece transmits the rider’s aids independently on each side. Its Pinchless joint helps reduce the risk of pinching the tongue and corners of the mouth while allowing more independent rein aids.

The leather-covered mouthpiece provides a warmer contact than metal and encourages chewing and salivation. As it comes into contact with saliva, the leather gradually softens for increased comfort in the mouth.

The gag system works with specific cheekpieces running through the dedicated rings. It can be used with two or four reins, or with rein connectors, while the full cheeks provide additional lateral guidance and help channel the horse.
