The Bucephalus pro bit is a stainless steel double snaffle bit. The reins are attached to the bit via two heavy duty elastics. This creates a flexible connection between the rider's hand and the horse's mouth. The pressure transmitted through the horse's mouth is reduced, which encourages forward movement, rhythm and a softer contact. This naturally encourages elasticity in the horse's movement. The double break muzzle is beautifully finished to limit the risk of discomfort to the horse. The holes in the barrel for the rings are bevelled to avoid the risk of pinching the commissures.

Stainless steel : Stainless steel is a commonly used alloy which has the particularity of not oxidising. Due to their nature, stainless steel jaws are very strong and do not get damaged over time.
