: Bit with a framing effect, offering numerous possible installations (6 possibilities), allowing to go from the action of the reins completely disengaged from the snaffle to the bit with a leverage effect on the nape of the neck like Pessoa. Some installations allow to limit the passage of the tongue for certain horses. The leather bit is soft and comfortable for the horse. Leather is a component that maintains a warm temperature in winter and summer, which is relatively comfortable for the horse.
Material
Leather : Leather is a natural material that is very pleasant for the horse and stimulates chewing and salivation. It avoids the cold contact of some metal bits. The production of saliva softens the leather and makes it more pleasant for the horse. The leather should be oiled approximately every 5 uses to keep the leather supple.
Caution : This material is vulnerable and is not guaranteed by the manufacturer against wear and tear due to biting. We strongly advise against using a bit that is too damaged, as this could injure the horse's bars, tongue and palate.
