Fanny Titanium loose ring - Fager

The Fager Fanny reversible single-jointed loose ring bit is particularly suitable for sensitive horses, horses with an inconsistent connection, or those requiring greater stability while maintaining a light contact.

Its single-jointed mouthpiece features the Fager Smart System – FSS™, allowing the bit to be used in two different configurations. In one direction, the joint locks forward to provide greater stability and prevent the nutcracker effect. When reversed, the mouthpiece remains articulated and offers greater mobility.

Its curved shape creates additional room for the tongue and helps prevent interference with the palate. The titanium construction makes the bit exceptionally lightweight and smooth while encouraging relaxation and salivation.

The loose rings provide a softer, more mobile and slightly indirect contact compared with fixed rings. They allow the rider to make subtle movements with the fingers and can help prevent the horse from becoming excessively strong in the contact.

The lightweight titanium combined with the curved mouthpiece helps reduce the sensation of pressure in the mouth. Depending on its orientation, Fanny can therefore provide greater stability for a horse that drops the contact or greater mobility for a horse that feels stiff in a more fixed mouthpiece.

Titanium: Titanium offers several benefits. Above all, it is an exceptionally lightweight and smooth material, making the bit more discreet in the horse's mouth and therefore more comfortable. It can help relieve tension around the poll and neck. Titanium encourages relaxation and saliva production, helping the neck muscles to relax. The titanium is coated with dioxide, which gives it antibacterial properties.
