Gag bit Beris prime

: The Beris ultra-soft, straight, prime bit provides more constant, stable and symmetrical contact. It aids contact and is best suited to horses that have difficulty tensing up with articulated bits or are very sensitive to rigid materials. The straight mouthpiece exerts direct pressure on the tongue and bars, while freeing the palate. The fact that it is straight ensures symmetrical left/right contact from the hand to the mouth and eliminates any risk of pinching the tongue. All these features enable the horse to gain confidence in the mouthpiece, to settle and stretch. The Ultra soft mouthpiece is perfect for very sensitive horses that don't appreciate the contact of stiffer bits. It's a lightweight bit that releases pressure in the mouth. The fact that it's very supple means your horse won't be able to put too much pressure on it. It has a slight tongue release for greater comfort. 

The special gag lift bit is the use of special cheek piece that pass through the two rings perpendicular to the bit rings. This gag bit allows it to be used with two or four reins, or with wedding rings. The snaffle reins will then have a traditional lifting effect, and the reins attached to the special uprights, a lowering effect. This bit helps to improve a horse's balance by raising the withers to engage the hindquarters.
