Description

Lowering bit, you can put the reins fixed on the lower ring. This bit has a gag action. The German 3 ring bit is particular as it prevents from any pinching around the usual friction areas. The lever action is progressive and slightly softer than the lever action of a classic 3 ring bit. This bit can be used with reins attached on the bottom ring, with bit connectors or with two pairs of reins. It is ideal for horses that tend to carry their head behind the vertical and for riders that want to teach their horse how to properly work again. The rollers help to keep the horse concentrated during his exercise. It can also help some horses relax. The waterford mouthpiece help the horse keep a good contact. It is usually used on horses that have tendency to pull on the bit.
