The Jump'In German Pessoa double mouthpiece bit is designed for horses that need a pronounced lowering effect and greater support in the contact.
Its double mouthpiece encourages the horse to take more contact with the bit. This configuration can be useful for horses that tend to stay behind the contact or lack consistent connection.
The copper mouthpiece encourages relaxation and acceptance of the bit.
The German Pessoa features small rings positioned outside the main ring, increasing leverage and creating a stronger action. The reins can be attached directly to the lower ring or used with bit converters connecting the middle and lower rings.
Material
Copper: German Silver is composed of 80% copper, 12% zinc and 8% silicon. Its high copper content encourages salivation, chewing and relaxation in the horse's mouth.
