The Equitrense Classic bridle stands out for its technical design focused on pressure distribution and the release of sensitive areas. Handmade in Germany, it combines modern materials with an innovative design to provide stable and consistent performance. Its construction is based on a key principle: reducing mechanical constraints on the horse’s head through a specific headpiece and noseband design.

A headpiece designed to relieve poll pressure

The Equitrense Classic features a unique headpiece design incorporating a bridge system (Neck Patches technology), which helps relieve pressure on the nuchal ligament—an especially sensitive area. Unlike traditional bridles, pressure is not concentrated directly on the poll but redistributed around it thanks to this specific structure.

A noseband designed to avoid sensitive nerve areas

The padded noseband is shaped to minimize interaction with sensitive anatomical zones of the horse’s head.

Its design helps reduce pressure near the nerves located around the zygomatic bone, while maintaining a broad and stable contact surface. This promotes even pressure distribution and enhances overall stability.

An architecture focused on pressure distribution

The entire bridle is designed to minimize localized pressure points:

• Bridge-style headpiece to avoid direct compression
• Wide, padded noseband for better pressure distribution
• Flexible structure that follows the horse’s movements

Independent measurements have shown a significant reduction in pressure at the noseband compared to traditional bridles.

Technical materials and handcrafted manufacturing

The bridle is made from Biothane, a technical material known for its durability and long-term stability. It offers a supple feel while maintaining excellent shape retention, even in wet conditions. It is also easy to maintain, requiring only water for cleaning without specific products.

Each piece is handcrafted in the Equimero workshop in Germany, with particular attention paid to finishing details and assembly strength.

Precise and adjustable fit

All straps are adjustable on both sides, allowing for precise and symmetrical fitting. This configuration makes it easier to adapt to different head shapes while ensuring stable positioning.
