Description

The olive bit allows direct contact with the horse's mouth and avoids any risk of pinching the commissures. The double break releases the pressure in the palate, the tongue passage offers more comfort.

Material

Composition of the alloy : Leather is a natural material very pleasant for the horse which stimulates chewing and salivation.

Advantages :

- Allows to avoid the cold contact of some metallic bits.

- The production of saliva softens the leather and makes it more pleasant for the horse. Maintenance advice : The leather should be oiled with a vegetable oil every 5 uses to keep the leather supple.

Caution : This material is vulnerable, it is not guaranteed by the manufacturer against wear related to bites. We strongly advise against using a bit that is too damaged, as this could injure the horse's bars, tongue and palate.
