Universal 3 rings single jointed Pinchless Leather - Metalab

The Metalab leather pinchless single-jointed Pessoa bit is suitable for horses that need a lowering action while maintaining a comfortable feel in the mouth.

Its single-jointed mouthpiece acts mainly on the bars and may involve the palate depending on the horse’s mouth conformation and the rider’s hand. The pinchless joint helps reduce pinching and allows a more independent action on each side.

The leather-covered mouthpiece provides a warmer feel than metal and encourages chewing and salivation. The leather gradually softens with moisture from the horse’s mouth.

The Pessoa rings allow the intensity of the action to be adjusted according to the rein attachment. The reins can be attached directly to the lower ring or used with roundings connecting the middle and lower rings.

Leather : Leather is a natural material that is very pleasant for the horse and stimulates chewing and salivation. It avoids the cold contact of some metal bits. The production of saliva softens the leather and makes it more pleasant for the horse.

Caution : This material is vulnerable and is not guaranteed by the manufacturer against wear and tear due to biting. We strongly advise against using a bit that is too damaged, as this could injure the horse's bars, tongue and palate.
