Sweet Iron : Sweet Iron alloy oxidizes upon contact with moisture in the mouth and air. The oxidation brings a sweet taste that naturally stimulates the production of saliva. This corresponds to the effect of a sugar that is given to the horse at the beginning of the session but allows to diffuse this sweet taste throughout the work. Therefore, this alloy allows a good acceptance of the bit and helps the horse to make contact with the mouthpiece. The oxydation modifies the aspect of the bit during the sessions.

BIT CATEGORY B : Good condition
: The "Happy Tongue" bit is a bit with a tongue passage. This bit frees up a maximum of space in the horse's mouth, so that there is no pressure on the tongue. It is very interesting for horses with a sensitive tongue and/or with little space in the mouth (thick tongue). Its leverage action can vary according to the size of its branches, the location of the reins and the adjustment of the curb chain. The curb chain allows you to vary the intensity of the bit. It is recommended to use curb chain protectors for sensitive horses. The bridle bit acts on several parts of the horse's head and mouth. The 55 mm shanks add leverage, although less than the 75 mm shanks, and exert pressure on the nape of the neck via the uprights and on the trough via the curb chain.
