Mouth care box - Trust

The Trust Mouth Care Box includes two complementary products designed to improve the horse's comfort when using a bit: Trust Mouth Balm and a roll of Trust Sealtex Latex. This combination is ideal for softening the contact of the bit while helping to soothe sensitive or irritated corners of the mouth.

Contents of the Trust Mouth Care Box

• Mouth Balm is specially formulated to protect and care for the corners of the horse's mouth. Applied directly to the corners of the lips, it helps keep the skin supple, reduces dryness, and creates a protective barrier that helps minimise friction caused by the bit. Regular use contributes to the comfort of horses with sensitive mouths or delicate lip commissures. It can be applied before and after riding.
• Sealtex Latex is a self-adhesive foam bandage that wraps around the bit mouthpiece to slightly increase its diameter and provide a softer contact surface. It can be used to cushion a metal bit, reduce pressure points, or temporarily adapt a bit for a sensitive horse. Its self-adhesive texture keeps it securely in place without the need for glue and allows for easy replacement when required.
