What does the Stübben leather care box contain?

The box includes a 250 g Stübben glycerine soap, recommended for cleaning all types of leather. Used with a damp sponge, it removes dirt before continuing the care routine with a nourishing treatment. The 250 g format included in this box does not come with its own sponge.

It also contains a 250 g Stübben Hamanol leather care balm. This patented paraffin-based emulsion is designed to nourish the leather without damaging the structure of its fibres. It is used after cleaning as part of regular care to help preserve the qualities of the leather.

Finally, a Waldhausen leather care sponge completes the box and makes applying the glycerine soap easier. The colour is selected at random.

How should you use the products in the box?

Start by cleaning the leather with the Stübben glycerine soap using the damp sponge, then wipe away any excess with a clean cloth. This removes dirt from the leather before applying the nourishing treatment.

Once the leather is clean and dry, apply a thin, even layer of Hamanol balm using a soft cloth. For bridle care, the leather can be nourished approximately once every one to two weeks depending on how frequently it is used and its condition.
