The Adjust Grip Reins by In Horse We Trust combine full-grain leather with a supple Soft T grip to provide a comfortable, precise and stable feel in the hand. Versatile and equipped with several types of stoppers, they allow riders to personalise their references and maintain a more consistent rein length.

Reins designed for precise contact

Measuring 17 mm wide and 6 mm thick, the Adjust reins provide a comfortable grip while remaining supple. The section closest to the bit is made from leather, while the technical grip supports the rider's hand and helps maintain a consistent rein length. They also feature 2 martingale stops, with the option of choosing a finish featuring 1 rhinestone on each of the 2 martingale stops.

Movable stoppers for personalised rein references

Each rein features 2 FIXI’T stoppers, 1 SENSI’T stopper and 2 small reference stoppers. The softer SENSI’T stoppers encourage a relaxed hand and can easily be moved, even while riding. They are particularly useful for flatwork.

The firmer FIXI’T stoppers provide a stable reference to help improve hand stability without locking the hand or hardening the contact. Their position is best adjusted from the ground and, once fitted, they remain in place even when the reins are subjected to significant tension. Several positions can therefore be set to adapt the rein length to different exercises or phases of a course.

The small reference stoppers, positioned towards the bit attachment, can easily be moved and provide useful visual markers. In particular, they make it easier to check that the rein length remains symmetrical during work.

A supple and technical Soft T grip

Soft and flexible, the Soft T elastomer grip provides a comfortable hold and helps promote a more consistent hand. Its technical construction withstands temperatures from -60°C to +200°C as well as ozone, air and UV exposure. It is also designed not to melt or crack in the same way as traditional rubber can.

The reins combine 100% vegetable-tanned full-grain leather, tanned in France, with a grip and stoppers made using Soft T technology. This technical elastomer is designed to withstand temperatures ranging from -60°C to +200°C as well as ozone, air and UV exposure.

With appropriate care, the full-grain leather retains its natural suppleness and appearance, while the Soft T grip is designed to withstand the demands of regular equestrian use.

Care instructions:

Reins require less maintenance than a bridle. For regular cleaning, wipe them with a damp cloth using a little water and soap, then allow them to dry naturally. Oil should be used very occasionally, only if the leather has become hard or dry after a long period without use. Apply it only to the leather sections, avoiding the rubber, fabric, grip or any other material.
