The 250 ml Antarès leather oil is particularly suitable for the first treatments of new leather. It helps soften and waterproof the leather before its first use. Afterwards, oiling once a year is recommended and can be repeated if the leather still lacks suppleness.

How should you use the products in the box?

For regular maintenance, start by cleaning the leather with the glycerine soap and a damp sponge, then remove any excess with a clean cloth. Once the leather is clean and dry, generously apply the nourishing balm using a soft cloth or sponge. Antarès recommends nourishing leather approximately once every one to two weeks depending on use.

The leather oil should be used more occasionally: apply a thick, even layer to clean leather using a brush or dry cloth, leave it to penetrate, then polish with a soft, clean and dry cloth. If necessary, the treatment can be repeated until the leather is saturated, taking particular care around stitching and cut edges.
