The tandem bit is a hybrid between the hackamore and the bit. It allows pressure to be distributed between the mouth, mandibles and muzzle. The combination bit divides the pressure points and allows for the most control possible while composing to the maximum. The interchangeable nose system allows to adjust the action of the mouthpiece and thus offer the possibility to alternate between a softer rope nose or a rubber coated chain nose for a stronger action. The noses alternate thanks to a system of screws, allowing the easiest and fastest interchangeability possible. A spool of Teflon is also included with the bit for a better grip on the screw when tightened. The right leather barrel makes the bit very acceptable to the horse. It is a comfortable natural alloy that remains at a constant temperature. It will encourage the horse to relax and settle on the bit thanks to a symmetrical contact of the hand with the mouth. Chamfered noseband in soft or hard rope.
