Additionally, all transactions are reinforced with the 3D Secure protocol, which verifies the cardholder’s identity and protects you against fraud.
3D Secure offers an extra protection to online payments and has become a mandatory step for most transactions. During checkout, a pop-up window will appear to confirm the payment is being made by you. Once all products are available, orders are prepared and dispatched the same day. Each product is marked as to whether it is available or not, and the delivery time required. Yes, we ship all over the world thanks to our service providers Mondial Relay, Colissimo and DHL. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for delivery, depending on your country.
Our offices and stock are located at 60 Chaussée Albert Einstein in Tourcoing (France) in the Hauts-de-France region. You're welcome to visit us during our opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.

While we strive to be as accurate as possible, your order may sometimes arrive much faster than expected. In that case, we will ship your order the same day we receive the items.
