Before contacting our customer service team, please ensure that it is not a partial shipment. Some orders may be split into two shipments. Additionally, all transactions are reinforced with the 3D Secure protocol, which verifies the cardholder’s identity and protects you against fraud.
3D Secure offers an extra protection to online payments and has become a mandatory step for most transactions. During checkout, a pop-up window will appear to confirm the payment is being made by you. Yes, we ship all over the world thanks to our service providers Mondial Relay, Colissimo and DHL. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for delivery, depending on your country.

Product availability
Below the selected quantity, you can check whether the item is marked as "available" or "shipped within a certain timeframe." We provide an estimated delivery timeframe when applicable. While we strive to be as accurate as possible, your order may sometimes arrive much faster than expected. In that case, we will ship your order the same day we receive the items.
On the other hand, there may be instances where the estimated timeframe is longer than expected. These estimates are indicative, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there won’t be delays from our supplier. You will also be notified by email if your product is awaiting restock.
