It allows a good relaxation of your horse's mouth thanks to its leather alloy and a smoother transmission of your aids. Unlike the double snaffle bit which acts on the tongue, the single snaffle bit acts on the palate. It is important to know that the palate of the horse is a sensitive area that should not be neglected. It can be recommended for horses that are relatively easy on the mouth, not very sensitive on the palate or have a hollow palate. The "pinchless" joint is a mechanism that prevents involuntary pinching of the tongue or corners of the mouth. It allows the bit to never constrain the movements of the tongue. It dissociates the rider's hand actions. It helps to provide confidence for the horse in the rider's hand. It improves the connection and relaxation of the horse. The olive bit has oval-shaped rings. They only rotate along one axis of rotation, which prevents any pinching of the corners of the mouth.
Leather : Leather is a natural material that is very pleasant for the horse and stimulates chewing and salivation. It avoids the cold contact of some metal bits. The production of saliva softens the leather and makes it more pleasant for the horse.
