Expert opinion : The Alupro Jumpe straight bit from Acavallo provides a soft contact. It helps to make contact with the bit and is more suitable for horses that have difficulty in tensing up with stainless steel articulated bits. The soft straight fabric barrel exerts gentle pressure directly on the tongue and bars, while freeing the palate. The fact that it is straight eliminates any risk of pinching the tongue. All these elements will allow the horse to gain confidence in its mouthpiece, to come to rest and to stretch itself, it is an ideal bit for sensitive horses and being irregular in the contact. Recommended for horses that are extremely sensitive to metal and or do not like traditional rigid bits. The "Jumpe" bit adapts perfectly to the horse's mouth, the fiber becomes soft with the horse's saliva, it increases comfort by minimizing friction compared to other metal or rubber alternatives. The weight is about 80gr, it is a very light bit.
Jumpe : The "Jumpe" material is an anti-cutting, non-fraying twisted fiber that is highly resistant to UV rays, does not absorb water and is easy to clean. The special aluminum alloy is light, durable, prevents corrosion and guarantees a long product life.
Attention: The Alupro Jumpe fiber bit has a fiber reinforcement in the center. This can make the barrel less even. The fiber is very soft and will not hurt your horse. This material is not guaranteed by the manufacturer against wear due to biting. We strongly advise against using a bit that is too damaged.
