Developed in collaboration with Henrik von Eckermann, World Champion in Show Jumping and Olympic medalist, the King Edward bridle was designed to provide maximum comfort and stability for sensitive horses. The King Edward bridle is suitable for all types of horses, with special attention given to sensitive horses that require soft, precise, and highly adjustable equipment. Every detail has been developed to reduce pressure points and improve the horse’s comfort both during daily work and competition.

An innovative anatomical noseband

The U-shaped anatomical noseband has been specially designed to provide optimal pressure relief. Its soft padding improves overall comfort, while the buckles on each side allow highly precise adjustments according to the horse’s conformation. Its design avoids pressure on sensitive areas such as the cheekbones and infraorbital nerve, while also keeping the teeth free from pressure, which can be especially beneficial for horses sensitive around the mouth. Its specific positioning also helps avoid rubbing, pinching, and excessive pressure on sensitive areas around the nose and cheeks to ensure optimal bridle stability.

The wide padded anatomical headpiece features a poll relief design to free sensitive nerve and muscle areas. Its air channel construction reduces pressure on the most sensitive part of the neck and promotes greater freedom of movement. The soft foam gradually molds to the horse’s shape to provide lasting comfort and excellent stability.

The padded V-shaped browband provides comfort while reducing pressure on the forehead and eye socket area. Its anatomical design helps keep the browband perfectly in place even under demanding conditions. Thanks to its practical clip system, the rider can easily remove or replace the browband according to personal preferences.

The independent cheek pieces allow precise adjustment depending on the bit used and the horse’s conformation. The rubber-covered keepers ensure the adjustments remain securely in place even during intense work sessions. This bridle is approved for competition in all FEI disciplines.

The King Edward bridle is made from vegetable-tanned leather, offering a soft and natural feel while maintaining excellent durability over time. This tanning process creates comfortable, breathable leather that feels pleasant against the horse.

With proper care, the leather develops a beautiful patina and gradually becomes even softer while maintaining its strength and elegant appearance.

Care instructions:

- Before first use: generously oil your bridle.

- After each ride: clean the leather with glycerin soap.

- Regular care: nourish the leather with grease or balm once or twice a month.
