Faysport bridle

After extensive research into the anatomy of the horse's head, PresTeq developed the FaySport bridle. This is the only bridle in the world with 12 anatomical properties, which create a harness with optimum comfort for the horse. The bridle follows the contours of the horse's head, avoiding important nerves, muscles, bones and joints. With no discomfort under the bridle, the horse can concentrate optimally on his task and achieve the best possible connection with his rider. The bridle is made from vegetable-tanned leather, which is kind to the skin, durable and environmentally friendly. The bridle can be used for all disciplines.

The 12 anatomical properties:

1. The special shape of the headpiece relieves pressure on the nuchal ligament and nerve endings at the top of the neck. Pressure is shifted to two gel cushions on the sides of the neck. 

2. The headrest follows the shape of the base of the ear, allowing optimum freedom of movement for the ears. 

3. PressTEQ browband closure system provides a smooth inner surface and prevents pressure points. 

4. The special shape of the headband avoids the TMJ (Temporo-mandibular joint), allowing optimum relaxation of the jaw. 

5. The headrest is offset from the zygomatic bone to avoid friction. 

6. By removing the unnecessary under-throat, the trachea can no longer be obstructed or irritated. 

7. The ElasTEQ system in the uprights provides a flexible connection to the mouth and prevents too much pressure at the top of the head. 

8. The special shape of the noseband prevents pressure on the facial nerve. 

9. The noseband does not exert pressure on molars and cheeks. 

10. By using the elastic straps supplied, pressure on the mouth bars will be reduced. 

11. The noseband is placed high enough to avoid the tip of the nasal bone and also has gel padding. 

12. The noseband is designed to avoid the nostrils completely, allowing optimum breathing.
