Expert opinion : The BR Equestrian eggbutt is an anatomically designed single jointed that offers a comfortable contact. It allows a good relaxation of your horse's mouth thanks to its copper alloy and a smoother transmission of your aids. Unlike the double jointed which acts on the tongue, the single jointed acts on the palate and the sides of the tongue. It is important to know that the palate of the horse is a sensitive area that should not be neglected. It can be recommended for horses that are relatively easy but sensitive in the mouth, not very sensitive on the palate or with a hollow palate. The eggbutt has oval-shaped rings. They turn only along one axis of rotation, which avoids any pinching of the corners of the mouth. The soft contact bit allows a better distribution of the pressure on the whole tongue. The barrel is anatomically curved. Ideal for horses that are sensitive but may be irregular in contact.
Cuprigan : Cuprigan is an alloy of 89% copper, 7% aluminum, 3% iron and 1% zinc. The oxidation process of the material spreads a pleasant smell and taste.
