It is recommended for horses with a sensitive palate or a flat palate. Its straight barrel encourages the horse to come to rest on the bit without becoming heavy. Its tongue passage allows a freer movement of the tongue. It is recommended for horses that tend to flee from contact, dig their backs in, but also for horses with a sensitive palate or a thick tongue. The baucher with its upper branches has a slightly lowering effect on the neck. Its action remains light, with the aim of obtaining a slight yielding on the horse's neck.
Leather : Leather is a natural material that is very pleasant for the horse and stimulates chewing and salivation. It avoids the cold contact of some metal bits. The production of saliva softens the leather and makes it more pleasant for the horse.
