Stainless steel is a very common material that does not oxidise. Due to their nature, stainless steel bits are very solid and do not damage over time.
Weymouth bit: Small or large cheeks. If the bit is with slide cheek it will have a more relaxing action. The tongue's way is sticking out to avoid any pinching.

Clean with water after each use and occasionally with a special cleaning product for bits.
