Hippus bits are produced from medical grade, acid resistant stainless steel. They are free of oxides, toxins, allergens, magnetics and heavy metals.
Hippus bits are designed anatomically to allow confortable placement in the mouth. The horse is free of pain and the rider gets the best possible response to his directions without constant pressure and pain.
This design enhanecs balance and performance by ensuring that there is enough space in the horse's mouth to breathe more effectively. The tongue is free to assist optimal balance and stimulate the saliva glands.
The cross-section of the mouthpiece is again round and the inside surface of the ends of the mouthpiece are flat. This bit will help to have a horse who is happy to work with his rider. Suitable for dressage, eventing and all round pleasure activities.
This bit is a synthesis between our basic philosophy, which is to promote balanced harmony between horse and rider, and the popular conventional snaffle bit. The cross-section of the mouthpiece is again round and the inside surface of the ends of the mouthpiece are flat. This bit will help to have a horse who is happy to work with his rider. Suitable for dressage, eventing and all round pleasure activities.
Clean with water after each use and occasionally with a special cleaning product for bits.
If you are not completely convinced by this bit, you can convert your purchase into a rental. We will refund you the price of the bit minus a flat rate of 25€. For more information, please go to the "Bit trial" section of your menu.
