If your order does not satisfy you fully or if the size of the item you ordered does not suit you, you can call our customer service at 06.68.01.76.51, or send an mail to email@example.com to inform us of the return of your parcel and you reserve the new product in case of exchange. Then, send your article in Colissimo followed with delivery against signature to the following address:

Upon reception of the original package, Mors and More will send you the desired item in exchange or refund your order. The cost of shipping for the return are at your charge. If you wish to exchange your bits, please add a check or make a bank transfer for the shipping cost of your new bit. This will allow us to ship you your new bit !

Conditions for the return to be accepted:
1. It must return the item within 7 days of receipt of the package except when it is a gift, in this case, notify the customer service indicating the date when you may change the article (however, only the exchange of product or size will be possible, and not the refund after the period of 7 days exceeded). Between 7 to 10 days, you can be obtain a partial refund with our rental service.
2. You must return the item in the package in which it was sent to you unless it is damaged.
3. It is necessary that the product has not been worn but just tried. ALL labels must be present on the product for the exchange to be accepted. The product must be in perfect condition and well folded in the original packaging. Also remember to put the plastic wrapper around the product to protect it. If the product contains marks it will automatically be part of the rental service.
4. The parcel must be sent in colissimo followed with delivery against signature. Keep the receipt of the shipment with the parcel number in case of loss or theft.
Shipping costs in return can not be refunded in any case; parcels against refund will be systematically refused. Attention: The After Sales Service reserves the right to refuse the return if one of the conditions is not respected. In this case, there could be no exchange or refund (the package will be returned directly to you).
