How do I return a product?
All you have to do is go to a post office to send us your return; the shipping costs are at your expense unless an error was made during the preparation of your order or if the product is defective. In this case, please let us know so that we can send you a return label so that you can send the product back for free.

Upon receipt of your package, we will proceed with the refund or the creation of the credit on your customer account of the value of the returned products minus the shipping costs offered or not of the initial order. The return costs are at your expense.
Be sure to enclose a check or transfer (mentioning the order number) of the amount corresponding to the type of shipment desired for the sending of the replacement item in addition to the possible price difference of the item (4,90€ in Mondial Relay, 6,90€ in Colissimo, 12,90€ in DHL).

The exchange of a bridle worth more than 250€ is offered!
Conditions for the return or exchange to be accepted:
1. You must return the item within 14 days of receipt of the package except when it is a gift, in this case, notify customer service indicating the date when you will be likely to change the article (however, only the exchange of product or size will be possible, not the refund after the period of 14 days).
2. You must return the item in the same packaging in which it was sent to you unless it is damaged.
3. The product must not have been worn but just tried on. The labels must be present on the product for the exchange to be accepted. The product must be in perfect condition and well folded in the original packaging. Don’t forget to put the plastic wrap around the product to protect it. If the product has been used and shows any signs of use, the return will be considered as part of the rental service (as on the Bit Testing page).
4. The parcel must be sent by colissimo with tracking. Keep the receipt of the shipment with the parcel number in case of loss or theft and include the number of your initial order in the package.
Return postage cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Attention: The After Sales Service reserves the right to refuse the return if one of the conditions is not respected. In this case, there could be no exchange or refund (the package will be returned directly).
