Expert's Opinion : The Liverpool resin bit with tongue passage from the Trust brand has many advantages thanks to its alloy and the shape of its barrel. It provides comfort for horses that are sensitive in the mouth and have difficulty stretching. The anatomy of the bit offers maximum space for the tongue and its tongue passage allows an optimal distribution of pressure on the bars, the tongue and the commissures. The fact that it is straight ensures symmetrical left/right contact from the hand to the mouth and eliminates any risk of pinching the tongue. All these elements will allow the horse to gain confidence in its mouthpiece, to come to rest and to stretch itself. Innosense resin is smooth and soft to the touch, so it can even be considered for horses that have difficulty salivating. The rigid resin prevents your horse from leaning too much on the bit while promoting contact. The soft resin encourages the horse to stretch. A light contact of the horse on the bit will contribute to improve the locomotion of the horse through the engagement of the hindquarters. The Liverpool bit is commonly used for driving. Its leverage action is important. The lower the reins are tied in the bit's slots, the stronger the leverage created, and the more severe the bit is. The curb chain allows you to adjust the leverage of the bit more precisely, the tighter it is, the stronger its action. It distributes the pressure on the mandible. It is recommended to use curb chain protectors for sensitive horses.

> Sold with curb chain.

Resin : The Innosense Resin in Trust bits is smooth. It has a metal shaft which ensures the different flexibilities of the bit to guarantee the solidity of the bit while the resin allows to bring comfort to the horse. Where it is important for the horse to salivate a little on rough materials to avoid irritation, the Innosense resin is smooth and soft to the touch and can even be considered for horses that have difficulty salivating. It is made from a plastic material for food use.

Caution : This material is vulnerable and is not guaranteed by the manufacturer against wear and tear due to biting. We strongly advise against using a bit that is too damaged, as this could injure the horse's bars, tongue and palate.
